Instructions to make to make Neer dosa and Mutton curry
- To prepare neer dosa batter, soak rice overnight.
- In the morning, add grated coconut in the rice and grind until smooth batter. add pinch of salt to it and mix it well. keep it aside for an hour.
- In a non sick pan, brush some oil. Add the batter to it and move it until thin layer. cover it with a lid and let it cook. cook it for 3 minutes and remove it when one side of dosa is cooked.
- Your neer dosa is ready.
- For preparing mutton curry, marinate mutton in ginger garlic paste, curd, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder. Marinate it for one hour.
- In a pressure cooker, add oil. add bay leaf, pepper, cardamon and cinammon. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onion paste and fry until red. Then add tomato puree and cook it until tomatoes are cooked properly.
- Add the marinade to it. Cook it for 30 minutes. Add 2 glass of warm water and let the mutton cook until 3 whistles.
- Mutton curry is ready.
