- Making Koftas
Take the mince and pound it using a mortar pestle.Add the following:
Mustard oil. Salt:. Fennel Powder Ginger Powder Egg Refined oil, Crushed powder. Cinnamon powder. Choti elaichi Mix well and pound for ten mins. Make round kofta balls, do grease your palms while doing so.Boil the koftas for ten minutes,and add two tbsp of refined oil in the water - In a vessel, take the yoghurt and all the ingredients except ghee and mint.
