  4. Heat oil in a pan. Put all the tikki one by one in hot oil.
  5. Fry both sides till golden brown(medium flame).
  6. Then transfer them to an absorbent tissue placed in a plate.
  7. Place the tikki into the serving plate.Top with 4 tbsp yogurt,3 tbsp green chutney,3 tbsp tamarind chutney.
  8. Further top with chopped onion (2 tbsp), green chillies(to taste), sev (2 tbsp). Now sprinkle 2 pinch chaat masala
