  31. 50 gm fresh coriander
  32. 25-30 mint leaves
  33. 1 inch ginger
  34. 2 green chilli
  35. 1/2 tsp black salt
  36. 1 tsp lemon juice
  37. 1/3 tsp jeera powder
  38. 2 tsp curd
  39. pinch hing
  40. ingredients for sweet chutney
  41. 50 gm imli
  42. 200 gm khajur
  43. 1/2 tsp khada dhania
  44. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  45. 1/3 tsp kalongi
  46. 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  47. 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  48. 1 tsp or as per taste salt
  49. 1 tsp jeera powder
  50. 1 tsp ghee

Instructions to make to make Raj kachori

  1. For dahi vada: 1cup udad daal white wali soak kijiye 5-6 hr
    Soak hone ke baad 3green chily or 1ench ginger ke saath mixi me pisle
  2. Pees jane ke baad esko ek bowl me nikal de
    Better me kismis 15-20kismis add karein or salt as per taste
    Ek kadai me oil garam karein or vade ko deep fry karein fast to medium flame pe
  3. Vada ready he for esko ek bowl me pani lijiye usme 15 min tak soak kar lijiye taki soft ho jaye
  4. For green chutney fresh hara dhania,mint,chilly,ginger, black salt, lemon juice, jeera powder, punch of hing,curd sab ek saath mixi me pisle ready he green chutney
    For sweet chutney imli or khajur ko wash karke cooker me 2-3 citi lagade jab boil ho jaye to usko masalke chan le taki ek sarikhi chutney bane ab ek kadai me 1tsp ghee garam kare ab usme khada dhania or kalongi add kare or imli khajoor ka pulp add karle 5-10min tak chutney ko pakane de last me sare masale add karle chutney ko thanda
  5. For dough sare aate ek saath mix karein like this
    Jarurat ke hisab se pani add karke na jyada tyte na patala aisa medium doe lagana he or 15-20rest dena he
    20min ke rest ke baad ready he doe kachori banane ke liye
  6. Ab eski ek sarikhi loyi banale
    Ab uski kachori bele patali sab jagah se ek sarikhi belani he
    Ab esko garam oil me fry karein uper se garam oil dalate jaye taki ful jaye puri tarah se or palat de medium gas pe fry karein
  7. Kachori ready he fry hone ke baad aise sari kachori fry karde oe 3-4 hr tak open hi rakhe dhakana nahi he taki crispe ho jaye
    Ab sari chize ready he stuffing bharenge step by step

Pehle kachori crispe ho gayi hogi usme middle be hole kare sabse pehle vada todke add kare then boil alu ke thode pcs, boil cheakpeas then sprinkle chat masala, ab green grapes ke pcs add kare anar ke dane kismis kaju walnut add kare uper se green chutney add kare then sweet chutney last me curd add kare uske uper or sweet chutney or green chutney sprinkle some chat masala uper se anar ke dane green grapes se garnish kare last me besan ki patali serv se garniah kare ready he chatpati chat
