  21. 2 spoon oil
  22. 1 spoon green chilli
  23. 3 . Spinach puri,
  24. 1 cup wheat flour
  25. 1/2 cup spinach puree
  26. to taste Salt
  27. Oil for deep fry
  28. 4 . Masala rotla,
  29. 1 cup sorghum flour
  30. 1/4 cup green garlic
  31. 1 spoon green chilli
  32. to taste Salt
  33. Water as needed to make dough
  34. 5 . To make matha,
  35. 1 cup curd
  36. to taste Salt
  37. 2 spoon chopped coriander
  38. 1 spoon chopped green garlic
  39. 1 spoon green chilli paste
  40. 1 spoon roasted cumin seeds powder
  41. as needed Water
  42. 6 . Green potato tikki,
  43. 2-3 nos. Boiled and smashed potato
  44. 2 spoon powder of peanuts and sesame seeds
  45. 1 spoon lemon juice
  46. 1 spoon sugar
  47. 1/4 cup spinach puree
  48. 1 spoon green garlic
  49. 1 spoon chopped coriander
  50. Bread crumbs
  51. Oil for shallow fry
  52. 7 . To make green rice,
  53. 1 cup cooked rice
  54. to taste Salt
  55. 2-3 spoon green chutney
  56. 1 spoon roasted cumin seeds
  57. 1 spoon oil
  58. 8 . Side iteams
  59. Cucumber salad
  60. Green garlic papad
  61. Green chutney
  62. Vadhvani green chilli

Instructions to make to make Green thali

  1. 1. To make lilva, put the oil in a pan to heat. Now add carom seeds, turmeric, chilli and garlic paste,lilva. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Now add sugar and salt.cover with Add water as needed and cover it with dish for 10-15 minutes. Now add milk and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas and serve in a plate.
  2. 2. To make cabbage capsicum subji, take oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to splutter. After that add turmeric. Then add capsicum and cabbage to it. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, chilli, coriander seeds, sugar and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve in a plate
  3. 3. To make spinach puri, take wheat flour in a bowl. Add spinach puree, salt, oil and make dough. Now make Puri and deep fry.
  4. 4. To make masala rotla, take sorghum flour in a bowl. Prepare the dough by adding green garlic and green chilli and ginger paste and salt. Now make rotla and bake both sides on tawa.
  5. 5. To make the matha, mix all the ingredients for the matha and add water as needed and churn it with blender.
  6. 6. To make the green potato tikki, mix all the ingredients in the tikki and add breadcrumbs as per the requirement. Now rub the tiki in the semolina. Now shallow fry the tikki brown on both sides.
  7. 7. To make green rice, take oil in a pan. Add Cumin Then add the green chutney and mix. Now add salt and cooked rice as needed. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8. To assemble, take a plate. Put lilva and cabbage capsicum subji, puri,rotla, green rice, green tikki. Take the matha into glass. Serve with salads, chutney, chilli and papad.
