  14. 1 tsp garam Masala
  15. leaves Hand full coriander
  16. leaves Hand full mint
  17. 2-3 green chillies
  18. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  19. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  20. 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  21. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  22. 1 tbsp Schezwan chutney
  23. 1 tsp vinegar
  24. For boiled Rice
  25. 2 cups rice
  26. 8 cups water
  27. 2 tbsp salt or as per required
  28. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  29. 1 tbsp oil
  30. In other ingredients
  31. As required Oil for frying birista

Instructions to make to make Anda Biryani New style

  1. First boil the eggs and keep aside.Fry Onion and make birista from it.
  2. Heat oil add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 min, then add akkha garam Masala mix well tomato mix well and fry for 2 min then add half birista mix well.
  3. Now add salt and turmeric powder mix well. Close lid cook till tomatoes get soft.
  4. Now open lid and add Red chilli powder mix well.
  5. Now in other pan add oil then add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies fry for 2 min on low flame then add sauces mix well add vinegar mix well. Cook for 2 min on High Flame.
  6. Now add the sauces mixture in biryani masala. Now beat curd till smooth then add it in biryani masala cook for 3 to 4 min on low flame then switch off the gas flame.
  7. Now cut eggs. Make 4 pieces from 1 egg. And chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves. This is for topping
  8. Now boil Rice add water in vessel or cooker add lemon juice, oil and salt in it.cook till water start Boiling. Then add rice in it. And boil till 60% rice cooked. Then strain it.
  9. Now set the layers of biryani. First set thin layer of rice. Then add Masala layer, on this spread half chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and birista.
  10. On this keep boiled eggs. Then spread other boiled rice on top. And add 2 tbsp hot oil on it. Then add lemon juice on it.
  11. Now spread remaining mint leaves, birista on top. Close lid cook it on high flame for 4 min then 25 min on low flame. Or till biryani is ready.
