- 2 tbsp red chilli powder (or as per your taste)

- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped mint leaves chopped
- 3 tsp Biryani masala powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp ghee
- as needed whole spices all (cloves,black pepper, jeera,star anise,bay leaves, cinnamon, green cardamom) few

- 2 potatoes cut into 2 pieces (optional)
- For Rice
- 4 cups basmati rice
- 2 bay leaf,
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 3 to 4 cardamom
- 1 tsp jeera
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- as needed Saffron colour
- to taste Salt
- as needed Water to cook the rice
Instructions to make to make Kachhe Gosht ki Biryani
- Wash & clean the mutton or chicken pat dry. Marinate the chicken or mutton with all the above ingredients of marination. Keep it for 30 mins.Leave some fried onions, ghee for garnishing
- Wash the rice. Boil the water in a pan add the whole spices, oil, lemon juice & salt. Rice should be 3/4 cooked. Strain and keep aside
- Then cook the marinated meat or chicken till the meat is tender do not add water.When the gravy is thick off the gas
- Grease a pan layer first with rice then the full gravy,again spread rice.
- Add saffron colour on top,fried onions & ghee
- Cover the pan with aluminium foil and then with lid.keep this on a tawa on high flame first fr 10 mins then 15 to 20 mins on low flame.
