- Now heat oil in a pan temper mustard seeds and crackle cumin seeds asafoetida chopped curry leaves sesame seeds ginger chilli paste crushed peanuts grated coconut turmeric powder saute. Now add 2 cups water and 1/2cup curd mix well. Bring it to boil.
- Now add chopped coriander, salt and slowly flour mixture stir continuously. And make thick consistancy. On medium to low flame. Let it cool.
- Now make a mid. Size ball give hole in middle. Cover and steam 5-7mins. Serve hot drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle aachhar masala. Serve with sesame oil and aachhar masala. Tasty, healthy grandma Kapuria is ready to serve. ALL TIME FAVOURITE SERVE HOT.
