- Cover kar ke slow-medium heat par cook krien.water add krny ki zarrorat nahi.
- Jab Pani dry hony lgy tb achi tarah sy bhoon lein ke piyaz or tamatoes mash hojaein. Masala ready hojay.
- Bilkul dry na ho Thora moist ho masala.
- Last mea garam masala add krdien.
